Trade Secret

One star may be too kind. I went in for a simple brow wax, and came out with half of my eyebrows gone so they looked like they had been stenciled on. She got wax in my hair, really really rushed, and made my eyebrows completely different shapes. Luckily they did give me a full refund. You might as well walk around the mall to find a salon that will actually take care of you. Stay away if you know what's good for you!

Use your money at another salon. The St.Cloud Trade Secret may differ tremendously compared to other Trade Secrets, but I would not waste your time at this location! (St.Cloud mall)



The customer service and managerial skills here are not what I expected, and if you want to see for yourself, try them out; if you don't care to know...don't try them out!



It seemed to me that they are very stingy around their workplace, do not offer many incentives to an unhappy customer, and will deny and faults on their behalf. Don't waste your money or time, it's not worth it.
