Bad customer service

The customer service is plain AWFUL. I asked an employee where a certain mascara was. She never made eye contact and remained on her "tablet device" in hand. As I went to the line to purchase my items, a orange looking umpa loompa cashier was so kind as to inform me that there was not a skew code on my item. She made me go and retrieve one with a skew code. (As if the store not labeling their products correctly is my fault). The bad service is enough to make me stay clear of this place from now on!!

Overall

Unwelcoming and a very unprofessional business. The store manager and employees harassed and maliciously targeted me and my friend while we were shopping in their store. The stalked us around the store and I even over heard them telling other employees to "watch us" because we were wearing black clothing. An Employee of Ulta who is also my friends step sister asked my friend while she had gone up to talk to her, if we had stolen anything. Of course me and her were completely shocked, cause no we didn't steal anything. Everything we picked up, was also put back. We felt totally victimized by our favorite store that we had been shopping at for years.

The next vist we made there a week later, which was a day ago 12/10/14, we went back into the store and made our purchases and left the store after again another awful experience of being profiled and treated horribly. We were told by my friends sister who in an employee for Ulta that the manger banned us from the store for "shoplifting"

Now not once did the store to search our stuff, if they would have been professional and actually did that they would have known that they were wrong and we were completely innocent. There are steps that retail company's made to prevent situations like this of false accusations, but the employee of this store did not follow all of them. But because of there lack of professionalism we are supposed to suffer. Its absolutely outrageous that LOYAL PAYING costumers are being targeted and treated like this. I'm disgusted by the lack of morals and abuse of power and being punished for their unreliable observations.
