Pretty Pooch

We brought our 6 month old Airedale puppy here to have her nails trimmed. With every single clip, there was a yelp. The (large) woman told us it was normal! Well, our puppy is ruined. No one can get near her nails and we now have to resort to having her sedated to trim them. Awful, awful, experience!!!!! Beware!

Our young small dog that we purchased there last year, was shaved after we specifically request that she not be shaved. After picking up the dog calmly and paying $45 and saying nothing, I was called a JERK by an employee before I walked out the door.

I have used this wonderful place since they opened, and it is THE BEST of THE BEST!!! I love them!!!
