Shear Canine

TERRIBLE! I initially had a Friday afternoon appointment, but I received a phone call that morning saying they had a cancellation and asking if I could bring him in earlier. It usually takes a few hours, so I was surprised when they called me an hour later saying he was done. When I went to pick up my dog, I immediately noticed that they had not finished grooming him. His legs had been shaved, but the hair around his paws was still long. I asked the owner if they could finish trimming around his paws, but she refused. She told me that he had bitten her while she was trying to groom him, which sounded suspicious. He is a friendly 20 pound dog and has been around my kids with no problem. I took him home and soon realized they had cut his leg. I'm sure it's not easy grooming squirming dogs, but he was clearly their last appointment before the weekend and they were clearly rushing. And then she tried to blame it all on my poor dog! Needless to say, I would not recommend them to anyone!

I LOVE shear canine they are the best around. Lynn the manager is wonderful always so friendly and kind will take time out of her busy day to talk to you about anything. I have been going there for years and they treat the animals WONDERFUL! I do not believe the last remark on this page you will not find a better grooming salon if you tried. The prices are very fair and the service is wonderful. The grooming salon is clean and does not smell like all the other place I have been to. So thank you Shear Canine for being the best of the best. Thank you Lynn for all the wonderful things you do for clients you are by far the best thank you for wonderful grooming also.

Do not ever take your animal to this place !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the worst experence ever!!!!!!!!!! i went to take my dog in for a nail grooming hear at sherar canine becauce my regular place was closed and we had been on vacition so his nails needed to be done. so as i was driving down the road i seen there sign and dicided to stop, the look of the place was not the greatest which should of been a red flag !!!! So i went in and seen there posting for cash or check only so they took my dog in the back to start while i went out to grab my walet . when i walked back in to the building i herd my dog screaming he was freaking out which he never dose! and on top of that i couldent see what was going on because they had him behind the wall . there was this little girl walking around and she came out and told me he was bleading so at this point im yelling for them to give my dog back and they said nothing to me while i can hear the two ladys yelling at my dog to be quiet . it was the worst experance ever they were so rude!!!!!!!!!!!! all the times i have goten my dogs nails cliped i never had this happen from my dog screaming to me yelling for them to give him back and not responding.. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
