        Overall

        Beware of high fees for packing services. I took an item in to be safely packed for shipping and was told it would cost about $65 - that didn't even include the postage! I took the item home and packed it myself at far less expense. Very friendly - but this high fee made me suspicious.

        Any place is better than this - there are many other postal and office supply stores in Rehoboth Beach. I don't know what goes on there - if they are doing poorly and just trying to compensate or what, but they are dishonest, overcharging (twice in one week, tried to charge me for things I had not bought!), accusatory and suspicious. Pleasant enough up front, until you actually have to make a transaction - then rude and passive-aggressive, not to mention sneaky and defensive on the attempts at over-charging. Like I said, any place is better. Who needs this on vacation, or anytime really?
