Mail Stop

I agree with the rest. These two make you feel as if you are bothering them when you go in to drop something off. I only go there if I absolutely need to do so. Usually, I'll just go out of my way to go someplace else.

This is the most ridiculous mail place I have ever been to. I have lived in Long Neck for a year and I’ve had to go there several times and each time I dread going. The people are rude. You feel like you’re bothering them. They never greet you. You feel insignificant. And when it comes time to process items you’ve brought to them, they take their time or won’t accept them because “it won’t scan”— more like they can’t be bothered to figure out why it isn’t working. Their professionalism is non-existent and they should never have gotten into a business where they need customers in order to keep their business afloat. I will not be going there anymore and will drive out to Rehoboth or Millsboro in order to mail my items, and I hope you do the same.

I wasn't at all surprised to see the other 2 negative reviews I saw. These people, especially the woman are the most miserable people I ever saw in a public business. What could be wrong with them??? Can't chalk it off to a bad day because I have been there several times in the past 2 yrs.and they are always the same. I hate going there but sometimes I have no choice. UGH

I called to inquire about a p.o.box and the lady was extremely rude!!! I will take my business elsewhere...it was overpriced as well!!!

I was surprised by this companies owners or employees (maybe both) rudeness and poor customer service. I would never do business with this company again. There are many other Mail processing stores in the area where customer service is valued.
