Impressed by their effort to develop loyal customers. Professional from my first phone call, the rep was prompt and worked quickly. He listened to all my concerns, was very patient and informative. Made my 1st time using a pest service business not stressful. Afterwards they sent me a thank you card for my business! You rarely see this at all these days. Service has worked, no more bugs :) Very happy.

I had a serious ant and spider problem and I looked on the internet under the yellow

pages section and saw R & D pest services and called. I must say i was impressed

to be greeted by a real person and not a machine. I told them my problem and they explained to me how their service works and I scheduled an appointment with them

the technician was prompt. He introduced himself, sprayed around my property and

the ants and spiders were gone in 2 days! I was very happy!

It is ant season! We constantly found ants in the kitchen and black widow spiders in the garage and yard. We tried to solve the problem ourselves, didn't have any luck. I was reassured that there would not be any problems and in 10 years they have always been professional and trustworthy. Paul told me my ants would be gone and after trying every home remedy you could think of, i decided to try these guys after i had met Paul while he was working at a nearby home..he was so nice and since he has started treating my home, i have yet to see an ant!!
