When I discovered a rat had been sleeping on my engine block, I blindly (because I did not know who to call) called R&D because of yellow page ad. I'm glad I did. Paul came out the next day, set traps in my garage, let me know where a rodent could enter and told me how to correct the problem. I also had an ant & spider problem plus some small mystery roaches had appeared in my kitchen sink. He sprayed and within 24 hr there were no more bugs. The rat took 3 weeks to catch. When I called to tell them there was something in the trap, they came right over, took the critter away & reset the trap. 2 months later & I've had no more rats. Paul came over today for maintenance call since it's been 2 months since he last sprayed. Ants are starting to appear outside now. With R&D's help I won't have ants in the kitchen this summer like I've had every summer for the past 15 years. I would highly recommend this company. Glad to write a positive review! Paula K. I had an ant and spider problem in Fontana. I called around and R&D seemed eager to help me out so I had them come out.

Paul came out and got right to work. He Identified where my mine issues were coming from and not only took care of it but he gave me insight as to what type out ants they were and what breed of spiders we had.

I also informed him that I have children and two dogs and he said not to worry that they use safe chemicals.

Paul was very down to earth and explained things thoroughly.

I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to have them out again if/when these pest come back.

We were having a problem with field mice in our garage. Paul from R & D inspected our home and was able to pinpoint the exact spot the little critters were coming in through. They used environmentally friendly methods and gave us tips on how to prevent re-entry. R & D has friendly and knowledgeable staff and I would recommend them to anyone with a pest problem.

We've called on R&D three times in the last 8 years. Each time they've arrived within days and within 24 t0 48 hours later the problem was solved. One time they treated our house for ants. A week later we found a new trail. R&D came back immediately, treated the area and we've not seen a single ant since. The R&D staff is knowledgeable, professional, responsible and thorough. Very accommodating to your schedule needs and quick and friendly with their service. You can set up regular service or only when needed. Glad my neighbor recommended them.

I am the new customer. Though reading yelp's review, I found the R&D pest service. The customer service is good. When I call them, the receptionist is very polite and efficient. I have been suffered the ants issue this summer. These ants come from the yard....nasty! They eat my food at kitchen! After spraying at the yard, Paul told me that not only ants, but also many spiders live in the yard! Thanks Paul. He kills all of them in this treatment.

I just worried if those ants and spiders come again after one month warranty . So I buy the quarterly service. The good news is : no lease for this service. That means extra fee when you cancel it. Looks good to me..

When I called regarding my ant problem I received great customer service in a timely manner. Paul worked around my work schedule and showed up promptly. He was very thorough spraying everywhere! He was informative and showed me my problem areas and gave me tips on how to prevent the ants from returning. Will recommend to family and friends. It was nice to have a one time visit from a smaller family business than lock into a contract with a big name exterminator.

We have been using R + D Pest (contact person - Paul) for several years now. They were referred to me by my sister because of an ant problem I was having. No matter how many times we sprayed, the ants repeatedly invaded our pantry! They even found the BRAND NEW, UNOPENED 25lb bag of cat food! We had to throw the whole bag out! Aaahh!! It only took one treatment, and our ant problem was over! We have since moved, but because of the hot summer days, had not only begun to see ants, but earwigs, also! Yuck!! It has been about 2 weeks since Paul treated the inside and outside of the house, and I have not seen one ant or earwig! Yay! :-) I would recommend R + D to anyone I know!

I had been unsuccessfully trying to control a serious ant problem with store-bought baits and Raid. I found R&D through Google. Dan serviced the home, and the ants were eliminated almost immediately. Doing bi-monthly service and haven't seen an ant in my kitchen since. Excellent service. Professional, timely, friendly, and best of all -- ant killers! Highly recommend.

My provider, Dan, called to set up my regularly scheduled July/August service. He gave me several appointment options to suit my schedule. He arrived as planned; the service was performed promptly and thoroughly (property perimeter, foundation, eaves, etc). I'm not sure how the ants and wasps feel about the service, but I'm satisfied and have been for two years.

They are very informative and did a great job at explaining what it was we needed for our specific bug problem, they are very reliable in this way and don't try to scam you, like some other places. The guy who came out was also very friendly and did a great job. We have since then not had any bug problems. Would highly recommend to all.

They were professional and quick. I had a GIANT bee hive in my back yard. They came and removed it the same day I called them. The guy was very nice. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't had a problem since. The next time I need bug help, I will happily call them again.

R&D pest services was very quick and reliable in taking care of the bee hive which was relatively close to neighbors, Kids and my dogs. The technician, Pau, arrived promptly and exterminated the nest like a Pro! Definitely will be using their services again when needed.

Timely and good customer services skills!!

I’ve been an R&D customer for decades. I am on a quarterly outside-only service plan and this works well as my house almost never has infestations of ants, wasps or spiders, and my dogs have never gotten fleas as long as we have had R&D’s service. As a long-time customer, I recommend R&D highly.
