Merlin Complete Auto Care

I am a professional and come across varied types of businesses for both work and personal needs. I have written 2 reviews in lifetime but felt compelled to write for this store. First came across store thru a referral of Discount Tires for an alignment -normally use dealerships for my car care needs but I could get a better price. I did by 50%. Keeping Merlin for future repairs, I needed major suspension replacement-Toyota was ridiculous in price, Mgr., indicated he could get used parts for my needs- 60% savings and car rides beautifully. And ck this, while they keep car for a day-I was offered to use a loaner on them FOR FREE-unbelievable!. The topper to this just occurred about a year later when I went in believing I needed another alignment-Mgr.(I think its Mike), tells me, after checking car, does not appear out of whack and are not needed. I have never been treated like this for car service-what a stellar run operation. Wrkrs are topnotch polite as well. Honest /Helpful/Great!
