Mark Cook of Cooks Plumbing is the best! I had another company come out for a water heater problem and their so called fix resulted in my coming home to water flowing through my ceiling! (water heater in the attic) The other company refused to even show up to resolve the problem, they no showed on two set appointments after the incident! Mark came out at the request of my HWA to give a second opinion, he was courteous and professional. He located the problem and when it was unfixable he took care of getting everything straight with the warrenty company and installed a new water heater the next day. I was without water of any sort for 9 days because of a bad plumbing company, Mark restored my faith that there are still honest nice people around. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need, and I know in the future I will ask my HWA to send Mark when I need to fix anything to do with my plumbing.
