Provided by ThryvOur A/C failed! The air handling unit ran but no cold air, and the outside condenser fan did not rotate. Julian came as scheduled. After diagnostic, he sent his senior tech. Glen to confirm. Glen stayed the whole day to change out the condenser fan motor, and routed a new thermostat conductor back to the inside unit. Our A/C is back running smoothly. Much thanks to Julian and mostly to Glen. Nero's HVAC is technically sound and more importantly honest. There is no doubt I will call Nero's again for our HVAC needs in the future.

Provided by ThryvMy air conditioner wasn’t working and I contacted Nero’s Heating and Air to determine why my AC wasn’t working, and I explained that I have Asthma, and that the tech needed to arrive on Sunday, or I could wind up in the emergency room. My AC is now repaired and I thank him for resolving my AC issue.
