My air conditioner wasn’t working and I contacted Nero’s Heating and Air to determine why my AC wasn’t working, and I explained that I have Asthma, and that the tech needed to arrive on Sunday, or I could wind up in the emergency room. My AC is now repaired and I thank him for resolving my AC issue.

Unfortunately we had to replace our AC Unit. Nero's was very quick with a response, very professional, very knowledgeable, and I never got the impression that I was being taken advantage of.
