Allen, the young technician was very pleasant, courteous, and informative. He had his red booties on also, even though I said he didn't have to, as we come and go on the rug and live in our home! He did anyway! Nice to see a young guy like him who appears to like his job - I'd surely ask for him next time!

When I moved to Placerville in 2001, I asked my neighbors for recommendations on various businesses for whatever service I might need. Gilmore was mentioned more than once and I have always been very happy with their service and had them install a new heater when the old one stopped working. Fantastic job!

I recently made an addition to my home and wanted to connect it to the existing AC system. I had another a heating/ac company give me an estimate, and they wanted to charge me extra for having to run the vents "the long way" unless I didn't mind the vent being next to the head of my bed. I called Gilmore Solar Heating Air Conditioning. They were able to run the vents "the long way" and did not charge any additional charges.

Could not be more professional- no fuss, no muss. My wife and I were impressed with Kirk. He was very neat and professional. He did not use pressure - gave us time to decide if we wanted to join the Service Club- which we did. He's a great Gilmore Representative!
