That last company we worked with did a horrible job on an installation so I was hesitant to work with Gilmore. I however was very impressed by the quality of work I saw from the employees. The technician was very thorough and picked up on things other companies missed.

Gilmore Heating came out to provide the estimate. I spoke with them several times on the phone, even late at night to make sure we had the quote on time. They not only gave us a great hvac quote, he made sure the agent had it as well.

My experience with Gilmore could not have been any better. From my first contact with the office until the servicemen came out, everything went very smoothly. The repairman from Gilmore showed up the same day I called. It was so cold in our house! He diagnosed the problem, went to get a part and had my furnace working in less than 3 hours. I was so impressed with him and the furnace has never been quieter. Extremely pleased with Gilmore!

The technician you all sent over, Cody was a very pleasant person to work with. He seemed to be very knowledgeable, efficient and caring about the work he was doing.

Ryan was very courteous and prompt yet got right to work. He fixed the unit much quicker than I thought it would take. He also knew a good deal about installing a solar system which If I can talk my wife into doing; we will certainly be hiring Gilmore.
