I had Blau Plumbing come in to my home on a service request to fix a broken pipe and replace the tub faucet. The appointment was quickly accommodated on the day I requested, and the work was completed very quickly. The faucet installed was very nice. The service repair man was very professional and clean.



I thought the price was high for the 30 minute job, but I don't have any other experience with other plumbers to compare it to. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job completed.

My furnace went out the day after the blizzard of 2011. I needed help. Blau was out to the house within 2 hours of my initial phone call. Brian came out, diagnosed the problem, walked me though my options and helped me make an informed decision. His honesty about the problem and solution and his professional advice won Blau a loyal customer.

i have used Blau plumbing for many years.They alwys come on schedule;give an accurate estimate,that is the price does not change at the end of the job. and no matter how messy the job every thing is neat and clean when they leave. For an example we just had an emergency on a Saturday-I called and someone was here within ahalf an hour. It turned outto be a very involved job but it got done and I was vdery pleased.

I was in desperate need of running water due to a bathroom renovation project not too long ago.The problem was; a leak in the cold intake of the shower mixer was discovered and numerous attempts were made to fix it but with no success. Prior to the day I called Blau I called numerous other plumbers and got insanely high quotes, some of which were sight-unseen. My wife pointed out "Blau Sudden Service" in the yellow pages and I called immediately. Within 3 1/2 hours a Blau plumber named Brad was in my house and working on the problem. Little did any of us realize the project wasn't as easy as it seemed. Brad didn't skip a beat. I could see in his eyes that he was on the verge of inventing new cuss words but he kept his composure and carried on. He even had the patience to allow my 4 year old daughter to watch him and ask questions as any 4 year old would; and he would answer her. For how hard he worked and how much extra work he had to do and then endure my crazy household...and the total bill was still half of what the other quotes were, there is no way I'm going to call any other plumber. Blau Sudden Service is the real deal.

Waking up to no hot water on a cold January morning is not a happy experience. Blau Plumbing came to the rescue within 4 hours of our call for service. The plumber was courteous, professional and diagnosed the problem as a leaking water heater, showing us the accumulated water in the bottom of the tank. He had a new replacement on the truck which we purchased. He explained the warranty, functions of the newly installed tank, made sure all connections were correct, removed the old heater, and was very mindful of laying down floor covering to keep the inside of our house clean. We are happy with the results and would use Blau Plumbing again.

A few years ago we did a story whereas we rigged some hidden cameras and had a plumbing expert through NARI do about $5 worth of damage to a toilet. We called in 3 companies; Flat Rate Plumbing, Blau and Heiden Plumbing. Flat Rate and Blau didn't much inspect the problem and both quoted prices of around $1000 to fix and Heiden came in and said "Oh, I have this part in the truck and it's so minor I won't even charge you."



I can tell you that we won 1st place on that story with both the Wisconsin Broadcasting Association and the Milwaukee Press Club.



Unfortunately, however, the bottom line was companies can and will charge whatever they want for service. There is no law that caps that.

I'm a young first time home buyer, I needed some plumbing work done so I found Blau's Website and placed an order online. (Probably the only plumbing company you can do this with) I got a call back from their service department and they set up a service call promptly. The issue was taken care of that day and in one trip. Plus I got a discount for my online order! I would absolutly recommend this company!!

They ripped off us off and charged her $1800 to intall a hot water heater. Then the pilot went out and we had them come back and they wanted to charge her another $400 to install...needless to say we sent them packing. The guy said it was $400 to relight the water heater, but then when we told him to get out he tried to work the price down to $200.... yeah I would never ever recommend these people to anyone.

What a joke.
