I called Blau for my annual furnace check up and was pleasantly surprised that they could send someone to do that just 2 days later. The technician was on time and had serviced my furnace before. He was in and out in an hour and everything was clean afterward.

I scheduled Blau today to do the annual furnace contract maintenance. I also use their contract maintenance for our A/C. Typically, Blau will assign a Master Plumber and that person will do the maintenance each year. They are knowledgeable of your systems. They are professional, tidy, very thorough, courteous, and provide an easily understood explanation of any data found that may be a concern. And I believe Blau's maintenance contracts are competitive and cost-effective.

The Plumber and a trainee came as scheduled. As a Human Resources Manager I noted that this man did a fantastic job of training the new guy. I appreciated that. I also appreciated that they got the sock out of my drain and now I can do laundry. I can't even offer any tips for improvement.

This was not an emergency so I got to schedule a plumber for the next day. He arrived on time was neat and clean, did the job right, and cleaned everything afterward. A true professional job and a true professional service.

I called around to many different plumbers to get a rough estimate for a water heater installation, but no one would give me an answer without a "shaddy" $50 fee for someone to come out to the house first. Finally Blau and another plumber gave me over the phone estimates, but the Blau estimate was a better deal. The plumber came on time, did a great job, worked fast and clean. The final bill was only slightly more expensive then if I had tried to buy/install one myself, but the water heater was a MUCH better quality then the ones available at hardware or box hardware stores.

The scheduling was a bit vague and I waited 4 1/2 hours for the tech to arrive. Once Theo did get here, he was courteous and I was very happy to know that he had experience working on my style and model of toilet. He was able to diagnose the issue, but because he did not have the correct part on his truck I had to wait for another tech to come to actually fix the problem. I ended up waiting another 3 hours for the second tech to arrive and replace the broken part.



Although I did not anticipate this taking the better portion of a day, I was appreciative that Blau was able to correct the problem and would call them again for any other plumbing emergencies.

Professional and clean; they get the job done right!

We had rapid responce to our failure of our condensor cooling fan, motor capacitor,and thermostat. The three separate problems were diagnosed quickly and repaired in a period of two days. Price was high but job was done right.

The employees came when they said they would come, and they did a thorough job. They presented several options for solving the plumbing problem, completed the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up afterwards. They may be somewhat expensive, but the price was reasonable for the amount of work needed.

My compliments to Blau Plumbing. I have used Blau Plumbing for both my furnace and air conditioning maintenance and repair. Their courtesy and professionalism are second to none. On the occasions I have required service/repair, they have explained every step, every part, every, charge and fee prior to making the repair and showed me where I could save money on any future service calls. They worked with me to be available when I could be at home. Should anyone ask me who they shold call for heating, air, or plumbing service, Blau Plumbing will be my recommendation.

Called in reference to a leaky shower faucet. Plumber was able to a diagnostic of the issue. He gave a satisfactory quote and finished the job in an acceptable timeframe. After fixing the problem, he was able to answer my questions about a potential remodel and how the plumbing would be affected. Very happy with the cost and service. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Horrible. Spent a day at friends, paid $1500 to be told we can't fix this. Another vendor came out found issue was misdiagnosed, else and priced reasonably. Will not be doing biz again with them!

I've used Blau over the years because of the fine service. The technicians know their craft. This past call was for a plumbing problem.



Theo came in and was respectful of our home by putting covers over his shoes. He patiently answered questions. In addition, to fixing the original problems, he made suggestions about possible plumbing updates. All of this was without any pressure.



In addition, the office staff was courteous and prompt in responding to our call. After setting an approximate time for service, we received an additional call to let us know that Theo was on his way. This was appreciated.

Working with Blau was a most positive experience. They knew what was wrong, corrected the problem in a most timely and efficient manner. The people we met were very pleasant and warm. We'd use them again, in a flash.

The Blau staff was efficient and courteous. The job of replacing the water heater was completed sooner than we expected.

Since I have bought a hone I have called Blau maybe half a dozen times, including heavy jobs, like installing a furnace, to light jobs, like unclogging a drain. I keep coming back because whatever the problem, when they leave I feel like its off my chest. They are extremely knowledgable, and able to give honest advice about preventing future problems. I strongly recommend them for peace of mind!

I have been a repeat customer of Blau Plumbing for several years. They are always reliable, dependable and quick to respond when I have called them for service. I recently had a new garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet and laundry room faucets installed. Any additional problems and repairs that turned up during the installations were quickly addressed and quick solutions provided by the plumber. He was very professional and extremely patient answering any questions I asked. All work areas, etc... were cleaned up and debris removed by the plumber before he left my house. These are the reasons why when I need a plumber , I always call Blau.

After a puddle formed on the basement floor, I attempted to clear the floor drain with a simple snake and plunger. However, despite good efforts, the drain remained very slow and clogged. I called Blau and was immediately scheduled for a service call that morning. The Blau technician showed up and was very careful about assessing the problem and describing what needed to be done. He went about his jog clearing the drain in an efficient and professional manner. He cleaned up the debris he removed from the drain and had it flowing smoothly. I will call Blau again if needed and recommend them to others if asked. Thanks for a good job.

There is one thing a retired husband doesn't want to hear his wife say, "The kitchen sink is stopped up, the water isn't going down". No problem I thought as I looked for the plunger. After repeated attempts to dislodge the clog all I got for my labors was very yucky water that wasn't going down.

I decided it was time to call Blau. They have helped us out a couple of times in the past and I knew this could be fixed by them. A pleasant voice answered my phone call. Sarah said she'd let me know as soon as a guy was on his way to our house. In about an hour I got a call from Sarah saying Brad would be over to our house in about a half hour.

Thirty-five minutes later he arrived and looked the problem piping over from the basement up to the kitchen. After checking the pipe he explained where the clog was and offered two alternatives along with their costs to fix the draining problem. I chose one and he began working on the problem. In a couple of hours he was packing up his equipment and removing all material including the paper rug he had put down on our floor that he walked on as he went to and from his truck.

My wife was happy so, I was happy! Thanks Blau.
