A Complete Flooring Service

I have known Jon from Complete Flooring as a friend and have seen some of the work that he does. It was a no-brainer to hire his company to install the floors at my home. They did an excellent job. They laid a bonus room and bedroom with beautiful hardwood, 3 bedrooms with fantastic carpet, cleaned my existing hardwood to look like new. All of this was done in one day. They were respectful, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Complete Flooring is the best! Jason B.

Complete Flooring has now done 2 levels of our Chattanooga location (Chattanooga Billiards Club). They installed 5 inch wide solid Red Oak and did a custom finish for our Davidoff Lounge as well as 2 staircases. They were called back again to do the same process for our new banquet facilities. I had laminate flooring installed in several rooms. All work was done correctly and in a timely manner. All employees were excellent even Jr.! I would recommend them to others and will use them again in phase 2 of my flooring project.

I had Complete Flooring install bamboo flooring in my home and remove old hardwoods and carpet. What a great company to work with! They were on time, courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job... all ahead of schedule! I definitely plan to use them again. Very pleased with how my floors turned out.

We had Complete Flooring Service remove carpet and resand old hardwood floors in most of the house, feather in new hardwood with the existing where there were floor furnaces in the past and install new hardwood in the kitchen and one bathroom. I can't tell the difference! They did wonderful work with all aspects of the job. They installed shoe moulding at the baseboards, moved our appliances and a cabinet, The bathtub in the bathroom is curved and I was a little worried about how that would look and it's perfect! John worked with us whenever we had a question or concern. Daniel and his crew did a GREAT job with the refinishing! I give them five stars and would recommend them to anyone needing floor work. We just had a fantastic experience with Complete Flooring Service! We were looking for a company to put carpet in our basement (Woodstock, GA), and asked neighbors for referrals. Three of them had used this company, so we trusted them and hired Complete Flooring. And we are glad we did! Punctual, friendly installers did a great job - I could not find a single flaw in the install job! The end product is amazing!

Jon has done the floors in two houses for me and I can safely say that if there is a third, he will be getting another call from me. Complete Flooring Service does excellent work and at an excellent price. The thing I like most about Jon is his genuine love of the materials. I really feel like he is not only trying to get me the best deal, but that he is trying to get me the floor that I will love the most, and he has hit the nail on the head twice in a row (both with price and selection).

Complete Flooring Service removed and carted away some truly awful carpet and disco-parquet in the back 1/3 of our house, removed several layers of flooring/subflooring, and replaced the whole with lovely oak to match the rest of the house. The guys were prompt and helpful, and they went out of their way to tidy up afterward - even loading the leftover wood (which I opted to keep) up into the attic for me. The end result is absolute perfection, and we simply could not be happier!

Wow! Not your typical Soddy Daisy contractor. Was frustrated with getting drunk/smoking Joe's who claimed they could install carpet and wood flooring, but couldn't communicate. Finally found these guys, professional, in house visit, high standards, and great people skills. They don't try to rob you blind either. You pay for the materials, and you see how much you pay for the labor. Very good company. They don't buy the cheap laminate junk you get at Lowe's or Home Depot either. High quality stuff. Love it!

A very outstanding job from start to finish. We had hardwood under carpet and dogs had marked some parts very well. These parts we replaced and finished with the rest of the flooring and you couldn't tell one from the other unless you knew exactly where to look. We are more than pleased with the whole process as they kept us informed throughout, even asking if the furniture was in the right spot more than once, when placing it back. The finishers were thoroughly professional in their work. We only wish that we had done this sooner!!

I had a restoration company help clean and repair my basement after it flooded. They needed to contract out the flooring job as it was just under 3,000 square feet of hardwood and carpet. They did a great job, as much and more than was promised! We got a new, great looking vinyl floor, with all the molding and trims, and new threshhold strips going into the living room that were stained to match the hardwood floor. Complete Flooring did an outstanding job with Laminate Flooring and trim installation. They were very professional, pleasant to talk to and really went out of their way to do the job right to complete satisfaction. They did not take any shortcuts, and the job was done as expected. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. The Installers were also very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend Complete Flooring Services for any flooring Purchase and Installation needs.

We recently bought a 175 yr. old house in central TN. We purchased some 120 yr old wood recoverd from an old cotton mill nearby and wanted to blend it in with the character of the house. The guys at Complet Flooring Service did a GREAT job. I can not praise them enough for the results and the experinece in the process. One of the best calls my wife and I have made in a while is Complete Flooring. They just completed two rooms and a hallway in hardwood, all in one days time, and the trim to boot. All of our friends have complemented us on how well it looks, and they left no mess. We are getting ready to carpet four more rooms and will be looking to them again.

This company showed up on time and cleaned up all left over product remains. They assisted with an issue that came up with being shorted trim from the store. The store shorted us part of our order and the fine crew took care of it for us. Some issues with all the rain but the product they used fixed it. The crew was friendly and caring with our furniture and other household things. They did what they said they would do and some more. I will use them on our other projects when the money tree deposits more funds after taxes.
