I bought a home in Chattanooga with horribly stained hardwood floors. Complete Flooring did a terrific job refinishing the hardwood. Some of the wood even had to be replaced because the stains were so bad. They also replaced the quarter rounds along the floors and painted the baseboards. Everyone with Complete Flooring was very professional and I highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

From the initial phone call I made, to the finished bathroom. They took time to explain the entire process, gave me several options that would fit my needs. The installer was very professional, clean cut, and also explained the entire process as he was working. Excellent workmanship, done on time, and cleaned up after job. Prices are very reasonable. I have another project I need done soon, I will be calling Complete Flooring Service again!

We just had all the floors in our house replaced with carpet/vinyl flooring. John was wonderful in helping to pick the right colors and combinations as well as a great price within our budget. The crew that came to do the job was wonderful, professional, helpful and did a beautiful job! I am glad we chose to have them handle the project and would use them again as well as recommend them anytime!

I couldn't be happier with this company. They went out of their way to get my hardwood floors redone before a renter was moving in the following week. They did an outstanding job and were very affordable. Everyone I was in contact with at this company was extremely courteous and professional also. This is not the first time I have used Complete Flooring. The first time I used the team to laid down butter oak hardwood floors. This time another crew came and refinished the other part of my house (my hallway, 3 bedrooms to include the closets). I was told that we could not be present in the house while they were working, so I scheduled the work to be April 8-12 at which time my husband and myself were out of town. Three days before Daniel came to my house and we discussed exactly what he needed me to do. I asked him if he would put the funiture back in the same place. They not only did that be they took my clothes out to the closets so they dust would not get on them. I had a bed that had 2 legs that needed to be put back on the bed. Daniel and his crew fixed my bed so now all the legs are together. I had not stopped the mail, so I called Daniel and asked if he would take in my mail. I also asked it he would bring the trash can up to the house and he did both things. When we retuned the furniture was in it's proper place and there was no dust on the furniture. I was very much pleased. The floors were done beautifully with the same stain as the other part of my house. I would recommend Complete Flooring to anyone. The job that was quoted was what they charged. I would definiately use them again.

We used Complete Flooring to install hardwood floors, repair an area of hardwood and refinish all the hardwood flooring in our house. We were extremely pleased with their work and would use them again. They quoted us a reasonable price and worked within our schedule. A great and dependable crew!

We recently used this company to have our old vinly floors replaced with tile in our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. We are very happy with their work!
