We run a genetic research lab and were shocked when we came in to a warm research lab. We have many thousands of dollars worth of supplies we have to keep cool. Our sub zero freezers were working fine - but our DNA scanning computers have troubles when the heat starts to rise. Plus, we never know if one of the sub-zero freezers is going to stop, due to stress!

We called on Precision Air, Inc. and they arrived on location within an hour and replaced a worn out relay in our AC unit. The price of the repair was very fair. Our electric bill was always around $225 - $420 a month, until we

replaced our old unit with a new high efficiency AC unit from Precision Air, Inc.



Immediately we noticed the indoor temperature would change very quickly.

winter months - to $110 - $140 a month. This was amazing, to my wife and I.



Now, I wonder how much money a 16 SEER or higher unit would save.



I know now that buying a new unit can save you money, because if your old

unit is wasting your cash on a monthly basis, you might as well buy a new one.
