        Overall

        I contacted Fields Heating and Air because my AC was not keeping the house as cool as my thermostat setting. Temperatures would creep up to the 80's inside. I had previously contacted Roscoe Brown (since the have my service contract) and was told that the TXV valve needed replacement and that the cost would be $1000. No other suggestions were offered by them. Mr. Fields came out and checked for leaks and added Freon to the unit which has greatly improved the cooling of the unit. I will be sticking with this company going forward for any issues because their commitment is to customer service rather than recommending unneccessary/expensive repairs.

        Very knowledgeable staff

        I was very impressed that the gentleman I spoke with could answer my question right away over the phone. Very helpful and informative. I will call them again if I have a problem with my AC unit.
