Terry's Carpet

Terry’s done a excellent job installing hardwood flooring and carpet in my house the whole experience was wonderful they were very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to find the exact product I was looking for the installers were very polite and professional and done a excellent job

I had a horrible experience with Terry's carpet!!! While shopping around, I spoke with Terry & he promised that I would be "Nothing but Satisfied." Instead, I was disgusted with the work his "elderly" workers did. When I went to the store to complain to Terry, I asked him to come to my house & see the job his "men" did & he refused. They did not haul off my old carpeting & even left a bloody papertowel on top of the pile. I tried filing a complaint w the BBB but didn't get anywhere. I wasted $2500!!

I was not home at the time of installation but my daughter was & said she heard the "men" talking about how they needed to hurry with this job to get to another one. Terry had told me it would take 2days for installation & they finished in less than one whole day. I'm sharing my story with everyone I know that needs flooring. I wish someone would have warned me & told me to use Bill Parker's Carpet.
