They did an estimate for us on a commercial flooring job. The job was approved and we called them to arrange scheduling. They assured us on multiple phone calls that they would meet this deadline. After missing this deadline and making us look like idiots to our client, their response was, "I guess we aren't interested in the job then."

I cant say enough about how Great the service was. Went in on a Fri afternoon, said he would call Mon 9 am at 9:05 he called, came out later that day to measure, I went back picked out what I wanted. Wed evening done. Kitchen and bath, tore out carpet in dining room and patched a place in living room. Good Job!!
