I was without a home do to a scamming contractor and was left without a home for 2 years William Leer came to give me a bid to finish my house which was a full house renovation. He was shocked and could not believe what I had gone through and as busy as he was at the time he help me with my project he also offer to cut the cost on his profits to help me qualify for my loan to finish the build. He was very professional, punctual, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend William Leer for any construction project commercial or residential. If I can give him 100 stars I would. Thanks to his skills and knowledge I know have a beautiful home.

I would like to recommend Leer Construction to anyone who wants to renovate or build a brand new home. Their entire team is very professional, respectful, and courteous. There were some days when I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, and they did not hesitate at all to provide me with their suggestions. Whenever I had questions, they did not second guess to give me full on and descriptive answers. They also worked alongside my budget, which I loved! I was very pleased with the outcome of the renovations in my home. It was a very pleasing experience, especially since they are all knowledgeable and skilled. I will not hesitate to work with them again in the near future!
