        Uniquity Builders, Inc. is a family-owned and operated construction company. William Reed (Bill), our President, became a licensed General Contractor in 1985 while working for the Bell System. He has been building custom homes, as well as additions, remodeling, basement/crawlspace transformations, new decks and more for over 30 years. Bill is a licensed electrician and also installs whole house generators for our customers. Finding a contractor you enjoy working with that's honest, reliable, does excellent work, and has the references to prove it, can be a challenge in today's tough economy.         <p> Uniquity Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated construction company. William Reed (Bill), our President, became a licensed General Contractor in 1985, while working for the Bell System. He spent 26 years in their Construction Project Management Division.</p> <p>Bill managed the designing and building of the AT&amp;amp;T Center at Pleasanton, a one million square foot facility. He also managed the remodeling and construction of buildings in 13 states.</p> <p> Sandy Reed is our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Secretary. She also worked for AT&amp;amp;T and the Bell System for 24 years. Sandy is multi-faceted and has worked in various venues including office administration, personnel management, budgeting, supervisory capacities, as well as being a Website Designer, Copywriter and Marketing Consultant. She is also a Licensed California Realtor. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

        Sue and I cannot express the thanks we owe you and your team for the job you are doing for us. Your manner in which you do your work is nothing less than the most professional, upbeat, over the edge greatest job we have ever seen. I am not just saying this. I have looked hard to find some errors in your craftsmanship and I cannot see a one. Every time we come up to see what has been done, we are awe of what we see.



        I still cannot believe the progress you make in such a short time. It's nothing less than amazing to us. This is not an easy task. The things that you have to change to make things work in this project have been crazy to say the least. But you have

        overcome the challenges and just pushed through... again, amazing!
