Paramont Homes

Stay away from this company, and the houses they sell. While they state they offer a 10 year warranty, good luck on getting anyone to actually fix ANYTHING. Repeated letters to the company have never received a reply, and now problems are starting to cause more damage.

My husband and I were awarded damages in Small Claims Court well over $3,000 plus costs and Paramont won't pay us the judgement. It has been nearly 3 months since the judgement and no one will return my calls. Everytime I call I'm told they aren't in or they're away from their desk. I have left messages for the Accounts Payable employee and the president and am ignored. The action was brought against Paramont for damages we incurred to our rear yard when they tore down and reinstalled our rear fence without notice or permission. This is pretty raunchy treatment after being a loyal customer who purchased one of their homes. What kind of a company is this that won't step-up to what they owe? You may want to think twice before doing business with Paramont Homes.
