DON'T take your dog there! My husband took our dog there in perfect condition and left with a cut on two of his paws, he was bleeding! They tried to "cover it up" telling him a BS story and claiming my dog has dry paws condition and because of that he got cut in the kennel, and that we needed to treat him with some moisturizer ... that is BS! We have taken our dog to MANY groomers before and never had an issue with this, nor even his Vet diagnosed him with "dry paws".

Regardless that he got cut there, we were still charged super expensive! So paying close attention to our dog in the house we realized that ALL his 4 paws were really, really red because they shaved him to close to his skin.

I would not be as upset if they were honest and up front about their mistake rather than trying to cover their behind.

So for me it was the first ant LAST time; would never recommend this place...

The owners are horrible and pay their employees nothing. They claim to prefer to "train all of our stylists and pet assistants from the ground up" but what they actually mean is they want to hire people with little to no experience so they can pay them minimum wage. Their groomers work enough to make more than $5,000 a month but are only scrapping in $8.50-$10 an hour with no commission. Groomers are supposed to receive a percentage of what the customer is charged(Some owners give 50%), Humberto keeps it all to HIMSELF.



!!!!NONE OF THE MONEY YOU PAY TO GET YOUR DOG GROOMED GOES TO THE ACTUAL GROOMER WHO TRIMMED THE DOGS HAIR!!!!



I saw one of their employees arms that was covered in dog scratches. Everyone who works there is stressed and not properly trained to give haircuts or handle animals, which is not their fault, its their bosses fault. He is an unfortunate stain in the Pet Grooming industry being someone who wants to profit off of people trying to learn a new trade and get their feet wet as a professional dog groomer. Please do not bring your pets to this terrible excuse for a salon where the employees are treated worst than the dogs. The only person it will hurt are the bosses because the groomers get paid by the hour, and not by the dog! No one working there wants to stay there anyways! Shut these salons down!

I brought my three yorkie's in last weekend, and they were all certainly pampered! Two of the dogs are recent rescues from a puppy mill bust and have high anxiety problems, but they were incredibly accommodating and helpful in making them as comfortable as possible! The Salon works by appointment times (although I believe they also take walk-ins if time allows), so they were in and out without having to be stuck in a kennel all day long waiting to be groomed. I came back to pick up my three happy pups who were all looking adorable and ready for the summer weather! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Side note- this salon actually ended up being much cheaper than anytime I've taken them to a chain groomer... so not only were the dogs much happier, but so was I all around! The Staff was very friendly and helpful...
