Pet Paradise

We couldn't be happier with how the staff at pet paradise takes care of our dog! He loves going there and receives care and love from everyone. We fully endorse Pet Paradise!

Wow! I was really surprised that this site has NO recent comments (either positive or negative) since 2008. That alone makes me question the validity of the comments.

I have not used Pet Paradise for a couple of years because 1.5 years ago my Kato had cancer surgery so we haven't gone away together in quite some time. I just made 2 reservations & everything went smoothly, still had my records & attendant was very pleasant & professional. I look forward to having a great vacation & expect to write very positive comments when I return.

The web site looked great, we thought we had the perfect spot. But I have been trying to call them at the number listed on their web site, literally 7 times between 11:30am - 1:00pm and after hit either 2 or 0 for a live person, it just rings and no one picks up. 7 times!!!! Are they that busy? Good thing though, the reviews on here don't seem very good.

I had left my dog there for boarding and he came down with the canine virus/kennel cough. I had asked that the owner call me regarding this issue and the owner NEVER returned the phone call. When I took my dog to my vet for treatment he mentioned that he has had MANY complaints regarding Tail End and their cleanliness.



Their web site is all fancy and attractive pictures - but their health standards leave a lot to be desired - I would never take any of my pets there again.

I left my dog at Tail End for the fist time and the LAST. They called me a little while after i dropped my dog off for daycare, telling me that I was to come and pick up my dog because he was not behaving to there standards. I find this ridiculous to know my dog cant stay and play because he "barks" more then the other dogs. I had taken him to a different dog day care before this and never had one complaint. I was shocked by the way they handled the situation, not even letting him finish out a day and then telling me this. Now i take him to a different place and they never complained and I even asked if he has any problems or barks to much, and they only gave me positive reports. I'm also not the only person who has gotten this phone call from Tail End complaining about their pet barking.

A Pet Resort that have a barking policie and call owners to pick up their dogs ???

How come a Pet Resort have a barking policie???

They call me to pick up my dog.
