I had a good experience at the Rosner dealership looking at a used Camaro. My salesperson, Scott, was friendly and non-pressuring, which was GREAT! However, upon leaving without buying a car, I made the mistake of giving them my phone number. For WEEKS afterward, I received phone calls from various salespeople. They even tracked down my husband's WORK number, and started calling him there! Seriously, if I'm interested in coming back in to the dealership, I will do it!

Rude,seemingly unsupervised service department.I went there for a recall on my Chevy. Wanted to ask a few questions first. Not such a good idea since the person I was speaking with couldn't seem to answer them correctly. It just got worse and worse from there. Felt like a second class customer by the time I left.I asked to speak with the manager but he was no where to be found. Out to lunch.Theres more to the story,but no need to have to elaborate.Enough said. My advice is to stay as far away from them as you can. Manager doesn't seem to want to return phone calls and it seems he is always at lunch whenever you try to speak wih him no matter the time of day. Seems like a very unprofessional group. I went to Lane Pontiac,Buick,GMC, instead. What a big, big,difference. Good Luck, D...

Don't ever deal with this dealership!! Rude, unprofessional, liars. Will never go there!! Wldnt release the vehicle because warranty company hadn't paid.they have had car since Wednesday last week and it was supposed to have been ready Friday!! Absolutely redicilous!!

I purchased my car March '11. When I went to pick the car up after my 1st free oil change, I had to have my husband bring me my spare keys b/c another customer somehow ended up with mine. I didn't pitch a fit and the service advisor brought my keys to my office the next day. Then I had problems with my jounce bumpers which had to be replaced before 12,000 miles. This entailed breaking down the whole front end and then doing an alignment. When I went to pick the car up they then told me the rear needed aligned too and to bring it back when I get a chance. When I asked why they didn't just do it then I was told b/c they didn't realize it had less than 12,000 miles, but it will be at no charge. I had to take it back for that and then another 2 times because the steering wheel was off centered. They still never fixed that, but cross-rotated the tires. The service manager told me he would look to see if there were any service advisories and call me back, which he NEVER did.



I called and left a message for a salesman to call me back because I was considering getting a different car, no one ever called me back. Now, a year later I have called multiple times to speak with Mr. M. Daniel because I would like to talk about the additional warranties that I paid $2684 for and can not get a returned call.



Prior to this purchase of a '11 Equinox I had a Hyundai Santa Fe that I loved. I only had 2 small issues that were taken care of immediately by the dealership.



At this point I feel that I should have stuck with the Hyundai’s and even the "lifetime free oil changes" are not worth buying from Rosner. From this point on I won't even take the car there for the free oil change because I don't ever want to have to deal with them again, not for anything. I would rather pay someone else.

One star, I'd leave zero if I could. This has to do with the service department.



So my car (under warranty)wouldn't start and if it did it would die. So I drop off my car (after I finally get it to start), and I have no clue where to go.. I ask the cashier she asks if I have an appointment, I say no. She tells me to go wait for someone to help me. That doesn't work. As I am forced to walk in one of these guys cubes, who also ask if I have an appointment. This place lacks leadership,, this isn't the first time I''ve had trouble obtaining service here. I finally received help from a mechanic who was much more cordial than any of the supporting staff, who appeared to be apatheic to my situation. Don't try blaming me now, I was also very calm, nice and polite to these guys. The last time I came in was for an oil change, same situation. Don't be fooled.

Inquired about purchasing new ...

Inquired about purchasing new car on Wednesday. Rep took all info including income/credit on the phone Wednesday. No call back, that day or the next.

End of business day 2, I call back and inquire as to why. I was told that since the majority of my income was via the real estate rental market for my properties, that I can not use that income for loan purposes. That is utter BS. It is no wonder General Motors is on the verge of Bankruptcy....AGAIN. Have now purchased a new Kia.

I guess I caught them on a bad day, I never got to test drive anything, the salesman immediately argued about financing, saying my credit score couldn't possibly be 831, I told him he was an arshole, and he told me to F off. I bought a new car next door at Nissan without incident, same day, and my credit was as stated. Salesman shouldn't do things outside of their job description.

To All Who Read!



My Mom was trying to find a car she could drive and also she could afford. I thought Toyota, Honda - well we went there and they were rude..quoted us (as women) riduclous prices and just generally made the entire buying experience equal standing in line at Walmart or watching paint dry.



I had given up .. THEN on my way to work one day I looked over and saw what I thought was a Honda car - but it turned out to be a Malibu by Chevrolet. I fell in love !



We went immediately on the weekend, armed with buy/sell numbers from her bank. I had priced out the car online.



We were greeted by a very personable salesperson. He took one look at us and went and got a car for us to test drive. I of course didnt trust him so I made him let me drive by all the other Malibu inventory just to make sure he was not trying to pull something on us as ladies.



My mom - Says I like this car . so did I .. I could not believe how may options it had and just the interior of the car was appointed.. it seemed like one of those 35K to 50K cars with a much smaller price tag. The color was exquisite.



We were taken inside . and the process began .. it was painless and very fruitful. We made a good deal for my mom and drove off the lot that night with new car.
