Family Auto Mart

I was lead to believe that the car I was purchasing was reliable and would get me to work with no problem. I did test drive it before leaving, seemed fine. I went to vacuum it out the next day, was't the cleanest car I ever purchased, and it died in heavy traffic. It wouldn't go over ten miles an hour all the way home. Called to tell them about it and was told it's your problem now you left the lot that's it. Now, not only am I stuck with a car I haven't even made my first payment on, but I don't know how much repairs are going to cost me. Very expensive lesson on my part. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!

kept getting turned down because my credit was just ok. I called on a cash car, when I showed up I was shown the car I called about and it was what they told me on the phone, a higher mileage car but it was cheap so I was willing to put some work into it. When talking to the salesman....Thanks Wayne....he let me know that he could help me get into a car that i would not have to put work into. I ended up leaving with a new to me, low mileage, newer car. I had given up hope of having a nice ride, but now still having cash in my pocket after a low down payment and payments I can afford. I am so happy I stopped in. Thank You Family Auto Mart.
I see all the reviews are mixed all I can say id they were truthful on the phone about the cheap car, it was up to me not to set my expectations to high, you get what you pay for, and I am beyond happy that i was able to have someone believe in me and give me a shot to finance. being a single mom I just needed a chance. Thank you for allowing me the chance.....

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was told overy the phone there was no mechanical issue with the vehicle after talking to several people. Drive a hour and half with 2 kids and walked up to the suv and it would not start and the guy tells us it has transmission issues. Why didn't they tell me over the phone before wasting my time. Got back in the car and left. That place is a joke. Please don't buy anything from them.

They sell cars for high prices that break after 2 months, then they lie and con a military family. They do not care about their customers they will screw you over, even after their vehicles almost kill you and your kids

I just drove an hour from Orlando to look at a 2005 Scion Tc manual. Before I even left to drive I asked them how the car is and they didn't know much about it. When I got there the manager refused for me to drive the car because of some mechanical issues. I am sorry if your in the businesses of buying and selling cars you should have the cars mechanically sound before posting them up for sale on the internet.

Great experience. I came in and spoke with Army Dave. He was very polite and professional. He knows His job well. the whole staff was great they stay very busy. I would recommend buying from family Auto Mart to anyone.

I have been driving my 2008 Kia Sorrento that I bought from these guys in april for a month now. No problems except for a minor issue that was repaired asap with no cost to me. These guys have been fantastic. When i came to the lot the first time they showed me around and didnt push me. I came back the next week and chose the 08 sorrento. pretty good price and reasonable on payments, plus they got me financed with a bank even though my credit was terrible.

I just bought an 09 civic from family mart I don't have great credit and went dealer to dealer and got bounced around, I saw family auto mart online and the inventory looked good, the exact car I saw (06 Honda civic) had been sold when I got to the lot but they had this 09 that was nice. I drove off the lot within an hour, they got me financed and a really good payment. I recommend them to anyone and obvisouly a lot of people go there, they were selling 3 more cars while I was buying mine. I was treated really well. I worked with Doug and Edwin. Go see them, they are really nice and helpful!!!

We received excellent customer service with the Sales Team and Business Office. We were able to select the vehicle we wanted and got the price & payments we wanted. We would deffinately recommend Family Auto Mart to allour friends and family!

We were extremely pleased with the service we recieved at Family Auto Mart. The salesman Nick was very friendly and knowledgable. He was very patient with us and did not pressure us as many salesmen will do. They had a great selection of vehicles and when we informed them of what we were looking for and what our price limit was, they stuck to it and did not try to upsell us or waste our time looking at vehicles we were not interested in. The process of purchasing the vehicle was smooth and simple. I would definately buy from here again and will recommend them to others.Edwin the Manager was womderful.
