        No regard for time and completely unprofessional. When they called I let the dispatcher know I was 15 min away-I arrived within that window of time, but they already left. When I called they provided me with a timeline that didn’t match-I was also told they were confused about which call I was and shuffled between multiple dispatchers. Lacking courtesy and professionalism and I would look elsewhere. In this town, there are a lot of great options that deserve kudos! This just isn’t one of them.
