Premier Pump & Well Service Inc.

Just got a well installed by Premier. The entire process was a breeze. It started with the contract that clearly spells out what will be done and what won't be done and what will be charged. Scheduling was delayed a few weeks because of rain but they kept me informed. Installation was just like they said and the well and pump work great. Would recommend them to anyone that needs a well.

Had 120 ft well dug. When I put the pump (with 100 ft of poly pipe) in the well, the pump, unknowingly, sank in mud. Thinking I was clear of any contaminants, I started pumping mud out of my NEW pump. Dialogue with Curtis, he advised me that there is 15 ft of mud at the bottom of well that I am responsible for it's evacuation since I "did not pay for" their additional pump installation. Buyer beware...It appears that Premier will use your newly purchased pump to pump out the mud thereby compromising the pumps impeller and life of the pump.. I am now left with 105 ft well and paid for a 120 ft well. My last email to Curtis with this concern resulted in a response from him as follows>"OK, Sorry". No mediation,no attempt to aid in solving my issue. Other than poor results, scheduling was fair, price was fair,Marsena (office gal) was good to work with.

Update 2/29/16.With some prompting on my part, Premier came back out and cleaned out the mud/sand and they also purchased a new pump.

I've had three outstanding experiences with PP&WS. Curtis Weninger is a true professional who knows what he is doing, shows up when he says he will, does an excellent job, and charges very reasonable rates. I highly recommend using PP&WS!

They came right out and repaired our problem promptly. Serviceman was courteous and did a good job. We would recommend this company when in need of this type of service. We would use them again if necessary.
