I really want people to know what a fantastic company Dryhero is. During our remodel we found a leak from our kitchen sink that had been running into our basement. As a result our laundry room had an entire wall covered with wet mold. I had been sick with headaches and wanted somebody to take care of the mold problem immediately. I called three companies and Dryhero was the ONLY one that returned my call. They came out the same day and removed the mold. The next day I finally received a call from one of the other companies, a day AFTER the mold was cleaned up. I was impressed with the empathy expressed by Ritch of Dryhero and quality and speed of the cleanup. And the cost? At the lower range of what they quoted us. I can t say enough good things about my experience.

I live in Chicago and have a custom home in Omaha being rented. The past few rains in Omaha caused water to leak into the basement and into the new bedroom just put-in last year. Not only did they respond right away to my calls (which other companies still haven't ) but the showed up the next day. They contacted my tenant and worked with her to get the job done. Rich said " don't worry, we'll take it from here". And that they did. My tenant said they were EXCEPTIONALLY professional and clean, she was surprised at the results and how quickly they were able to get it dry. Rich also looked around the house for drainage problems and couldn't find any obvious signs. He made some suggestions and explained what happened and why. This just happened again because of another "act of God" type storm where Omaha got nearly 7" or rain. My tenant asked for them by name. They are going out tomorrow. Let me tell you; Rich knows his stuff- he knows moisture content and when/what is an issue. He is professional and an excellent provider of customer service. I am 460 miles away and it means a lot to know I can trust him. By the way, what they charge is a huge value and competitive. I'm telling you, if you don't call them first you are missing out.

My house is just 2 years old but walls in basement wet so there is mold on it and the smell is really strong. I called DryHero , Ritch Paprocki (the owner) is really friendly and professionally, has explained to me my situation,and did some mold tests. Because having economic hardship we could not have Ritch removed the mold for us, BUT he still has the Dehumidifer run in my basement for about 10 days FREE. Now there is no moldy smell my house anymore. We really appreciate his kindness, his warm heart . With DryHero, there is no pay-off relationship between business and customers like others, something really warm and closed between person to person. Thanks again DryHero. Yes I will recommend your service to all my friends.

We had Dryhero clean up my elderly parents basement after a sewage backup. They were referred by our insurance agent and I have no complaints and would recommend.
