The igniter for our gas oven failed. Brett came on Saturday and diagnosed the problem. The part needed to be replaced, so he picked up a replacement igniter on Monday and installed it before lunch on Tuesday. Brett and Jeremy (his son) diagnosed the problem accurately and quickly, and Brett did the replacement installation Tuesday in a very short time frame (while I ate my lunch and watched). I appreciate Mr. George's quick response to our request for help and the professional manner in which the diagnosis and repair work were made. I would certainly use this company again.



Couldn't have gone any faster, seeing that it was a weekend when the problem occurred.

We had three other couples coming over on Sunday to watch the NFC and AFC Championship games to determine who went on to the Super Bowl. Mr. George was very helpful in sending Brett on Saturday afternoon, but since the problem required a replacement part, we changed the menu to a crock pot Jambalaya. The broiler still worked, so the appetizers were excellent on Sunday anyway.

After we decided not to get our dishwasher repaired, the repair guy cashed our check in his personal account and we tried pursuing the manager to get our money back - to no avail. Very frustrating. Shady company.

OK, I am happy. There are really 3 criteria you can use to judge an appliance repair service, on time, professional, and finished the job. These guys did all 3 in no time.



My fridge stopped working, and they were able to set an appointment a few hours after I called them. They were on time (early even), and with a 2 man crew had the job done in about an hour. I have no idea how much the part they replaced cost, but the total for the job was reasonable, so I will even give them a good grade on cost.

SO FAST!!!!! My refrigerator had suddenly stopped working in a matter of overnight. I didn't know what to do. I called my mom and she said that she used this company a few times before from a referral from her coworker.

So I contacted Georges Services and they were very kind in trying to fit me in the day I called. I figured I could trust them since my mom liked them, and she is hard to please.... believe me.... lol. They were already booked but they were able to get to me on a Saturday. There is a $65 service call to come out, but I found a coupon on their website for the service call, but besides they do not charge it if you get a repair. Which the end I learn that most of the time, these appliances in the house are worth repairing.

James was very polite and "diagnosed" the problem very quickly, and had the part on his to replace it on-hand so it was done in less than 30 minutes. The cost of repair was a ton less than I thought it was going to be.

Last night I woke up to a strange sound coming from my ceiling. Come to find out my air conditioner was making the noise and I didn't know why. It was still cooling, but it definitely wasn't normal. So I called the 972 number and got a voicemail. Not too suprised since it was like 2am. 7 this morning I got a call from a guy named James, he was very helpful in answering my questions and said that he would do his best to get someone out as quickly as possible. It took him to call me back after about 15 minutes, but he said he had assigned one of his technicians to me for the time 10-1. I also realized that they worked on appliances as well and asked if they could look at my ice maker too. He had to send a different technician for it, but the great thing was, he had assigned an appliance technician to come around the same time.

My air conditioner guy came first. He was cute, very clean cut guy named Roger. Too bad he is married. Lol. He immediately figured out that it was because my inside unit fan capacitor thing was broken and wasn't letting the fan to work right. He also found other minor things that were needed, but seemed to be preventative. Roger had the part and fixed everything in like an hour. He told me the price up front and didn't stray from it. Prompt, cute, smart, and to the point. Definitely pluses.

Then my appliance guy came for my ice maker. It hadn't worked for like a year, but I figured why not get it looked at. Can you believe it. The only thing was wrong was a clogged tube that I could fix? Ugh, I felt like a goober. But he only charged me for a service fee, even though he was there for like 30 minutes plus me talking his head off. I think his name was Josh, a little young, but seemed to really know his stuff.

In the end I was really happy to have found these guys. I had no idea I would have gotten all of my stuff fixed the same day. That in itself was worth a lot more than what they charged. No doubt, you should call them and try them out.
