        Overall

        My wife looked up Billy in the phone book and then checked him out online. I seriously thought I might have to buy a new freezer. Billy came out and said right away, " it's just a frozen drain line". about 30 minutes later and less than $100. we were back in business (at home). Great guy and an honest prospective.

        Billy consulted with me on the phone, asking me what my dryer was doing-he said that it was probably the motor and a new dryer might be in order (because the part is so expensive!). Very friendly and kind to have helped me over the phone!
