        Overall

        Canyon state did the original roof for the builder. Leak developed just after the warranty expired. Quoted over $2,500 to do a patch job. Found a more reliable roofer that charged a lot less and replaced 1/2 the entire roof tar paper and fixed drainage issues due to bad workmanship with the original roof.
