        Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!

        Brought the car in for service at 7 am 5:30 pm still not complete...despite telling my husband it would be done by 2 pm at the latest! No apology

        Killeen, TX... Bought my vehic...

        Killeen, TX... Bought my vehicle in Round Rock,TX; called the Killeen dealership to see if I could get it replaced and was told as long as it's under warranty I could, and was told to bring it in. I got there and they told me that they could tell by all of the silicone (I had glued it back on several times), that I obviously man-handled it... Are you serious yeah, I intentionally pullled on my trunk handle hard, because I want to roll around town looking like an idiot, with my hatch handle dangling and banging up against the back of my car...
