I turned in a bike about 2 weeks ago for fork seal replacement and a front tire install/balance. I go to check on it this past Tuesday only to find out the bike hasn’t been touched and they were still waiting on the fork seals to arrive. I asked if the tire has been put on and to my dismay, it hadn't been done. I received no heads up or call about the timeline when they originally said about 7 days.
I picked up my bike and took it to Texas Motorsports and they called me within 3 days to let me know my bike was done. Never recommending Killeen Powersports to anyone due to high labor cost, poor communication and bad customer service.
