Pet Supplies Plus

I have been patronizing this business for over 20 years. Have always had Pleasant experiences, and a wide selection of merchandise to choose from. However, the past two visits have been less than desirable. I have encountered
a manager working the night shift that has very poor (at best) problem solving customer service skills. I've asked to speak with the owner several times to no avail. I try to shop locally, however I am pondering whether I shall continue to patronize this business. I would prefer to to resolve this issue, and ask that I may speak who the owner of the store.

They don't always have what we need. Sometimes we had to go elsewhere. But the service is awesome!����

I called to see if they carried Shrimp Pellets. I had received help from 2 OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES: Abby & Josh.����. They both listened to me Rattle on. I asked many questions & they answered. Abby transferred me to Josh when she didn't know the answer����. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love this store! If they do not have what you want, they will order it for you.
