        We HAD been taking our dog to Soft and Gentle for a number of years.....WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment and did not receive a call back,so I called again on Wednesday.She finally returned my call on Thursday only to rudely inform me that she was booked for the year.....we were usually able to get in within two weeks. That is no way to treat a loyal costumer.Very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!
