We purchased a van 6 months ago from Issac. We have been trying to get a van for over a year, and they were able to help us with financing to get one. We have handed out business cards, and will always recommend Larry and Issac. Thanks

We had a great experience with this company, I am actually surprised to see such poor reviews listed here. We came in with the idea that we would have to spend a ton of money on a Braun Entervan, and Hoover spent multiple hours with us to find out that a full size van was exactly what we needed, and it even saved some money. I have to recommend these guys...

Before receiving vehicle asked to see the technicians used car inspection sheet done before car was put up for sale, they ended up doing an inspection the day after requested and was told over the phone an oil change had been done prior. Had car serviced at a Honda dealership and technician showed that drain plug was over tightened and had silicone around it to keep it from leaking costing $550.00 to have oil pan replaced. Serpentine belt broke a month after receiving car, they replaced the serpentine belt but neglected timing belt is needed to be inspected at that time. car had no power steering before purchase was not inspected or noticed when car was delivered costing $330.00 to replace pump and reservoir.
Had several issues initially mechanically with the ramp and automatic door when I took possession of the vehicle May of 2016. Having it sent back upon delivery including not functioning properly during initial demonstration, being redelivered with a dead battery and had to go back to be replaced, and relays failing upon delivery. Had issue with window fuses blowing when multiple windows were rolled down and was told that you could not roll down multiple windows at the same time (even though Honda spent $300million to test variable cam timing and that they wouldn't overlook rolling down windows.)
Overall experience is that they took advantage of a girl in a wheel chair.

Looked them in the eyes and told frank I needed something reliable that would last 7 years and that I am trusting them and was let down.

Less than a week ago we purchased a motor home from them. They stated it was in good working condition and all appliances in the motor home were in good working condition. We met with Issac who didn't seem like a sleazy car salesman. We made the mistake of trusting him. We got the unit home and discovered broken mini blinds, sever water damage under a window and the water heater has a crack which leaks out all of the water put into it. I have contacted Issac. He stated he was not aware of these issue. I wasn't asking him to fix the issue or give me the unit at a discount. I just wanted out of the deal and to return it to him. He refused and was not willing to stand behind his word of "everything is in good working condition."

We recently purchased a new van to replace one that has been in and out of the shop for over a year. Frank showed us a van that had nicer handicap features that we didn't even know was available. We have had it now for over a year, and we still get letters to see how we are doing! We are very pleased with them...

Unprofessional/ terrible service

I had to rate new mobility solutions 1 star because I didn't have a choice to writ this review!!! I am surprised they even have a business! I bought a van 1 year ago ( handicap van) from frank and Isaac. These two, do not know how to conduct business! During the time of buying my van ( which I only got because I was desperate at the time) whatever could go wrong did! I let it go until I needed some work done to the van and I called the warranty place and found out that 1 year later I did not have any coverage on my van!!!!! I paid for a warranty that I did not possess! My husband called to talk to frank and was told so lightly " oh we forgot to file the papers with the warranty people but you will have it tomorrow"!!!! I honestly hate that I gave these people my business! I strongly recommend that if you need any type of vehicle do yourself a favor and go some where else!!!!!!!!

This business was very unhelpful. No suggestions on a car to buy, only that I didn't want that specific car. The sales accociate (Isaac) was the rudest man I have ever dealt with. I sat an waited for 15 minutes to talk to him while he was making lunch plans. When I finally did get to talk about another car I was interested in, the man gave no eye contact. He slowly backed away to his desk. He was very unfriendly and unhelpful. He would not even do a diagnostic test on the car. If they do this for every car what are they hiding. When leaving the man didn't even have to courtesy to shake my hand. Do not buy from here.
