I am here to say Avenue Auto gave me an exceptional experience when I was looking to trade my car. It did not go thru the first time around, but it did go through a few weeks later, because they don't give up. If one finance does not except you they keep trying till one does.

I came in needing financing. They were very honest. Took me step-by-step and explained all my options. We test-drove some vehicles and I picked the one I liked. A great experience.

A-mazing service. They worked extensively to get us the best rate possible and were so kind and helpful. We test drove a car from another dealership and stopped by Avenue Auto, they returned the other car to the previous dealership for us. We test drove several cars in their lot and they pointed out things wrong with the exterior that we didn't notice ourselves. Bryan, the finance guy, made so many phone calls and shopped around for the best loan amount he could get. The things that were wrong with the car we purchased they fixed at their own expense. Defiantly recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, GOOD car. Great value.

They are liers and manipulators. They told us we owed more than we did when our car was MONTHS away from being payed off. We payed over the phone everytime with no receipts, and they took advantage of that.
