My son filled out an application, with no income, no co-signer. They told him he would have to have a co-signer. The co-signer request just appeared in my email. When I called my son and told him I wouldn't sign it until he gave me exact information on financial aid. He went that day and they told him that he couldn't his studend loans because he had dropped some classes the previous year. I did NOT fill out the co-signer form. He went and told them the next day that he could not move in before the approval was complete. They said okay. He came home. Two weeks later, he gets a letter of approval. He gets an "approval" two weeks after he wanted to move in and told them that he didn't want to proceed with the approval process. Then two weeks later he got a bill for $7,000. How could they possibly approve his application two weeks later, after he said he wanted it canceled AND with NO co-signer and No income?

Absolute worst apartment you could possibly sign with. Our apartment got broken into because of the rediculously cheap doors that they installed. Aberdeen's TV was stolen, along with my roommate and I's surround sound, xbox, DVD's and an assortment of other things. Instead of apologizing for how terrible the security and safety is here, they threatened to sue us unless we bought them another TV. The management would be better run my monkeys, the parking is a complete joke, along with pretty much everything else. I was in my car about to leave one night, when i got shot at in a drive by, which was the third one that month. They overcharge for our electricity EVERY MONTH, if you get home past 9:30 be prepared to park across the other end of the parking lot, you can't walk four feet outside your door without smelling weed, the cops are CONSTANTLY here because of parties and drug dealers. The walls are paper thin, and I constantly hear my neighbors. If you value your life, your safety, and your possessions, DO NOT SIGN HERE. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
