        HC Blake installed a new HVAC system in my house 1 year ago. They had to redo to return and ductwork to make the new system function properly. Other contractors just wanted to put a new unit on with the old return and ductwork. The up front cost was a little more, but I have already recouped that plus more with reduced utility bills every month! It truly is about the contractor and install. I highly recomend HC Blake! Professional, honest, family run business.
