hello jenni, when you fill out that request for my new wheel chair,
please make sure and insist that we get a jazzy , select 6 ultra.
because of my total paralisys, on the left side, i must have (for safety sake) this wheel chair, as it elevates the seat to assist my transition in and out of it, risk free. also, i called medicare, and they directed me to the hot springs, village location, for purchasing the jazzy. also, i will not be eligible until may 8th, of 18, but we can start the paper work in april of 18. thanks don campbell

I have seen lots of doctors in my 71 years, but I believe this is the most caring and understanding one yet. If you are sick, he takes an interest to find your problems and the proper ways to solve them. He's not the one that says "Take two aspirin and call me tomorrow". Not only is he a value to Hamilton West Family Clinic, he has a super nurse. Dr. Mullinns is a Christian and has come a long way in his caring for the sick. I have never heard a negative comment made. Bless you Doc !
