Terrible service, do not answer calls and/or return voice mails. Was going to charge me $1200 for a roof repair that I did not need, turns out it was an AC issue. Cost me $200 to cancel a contract I never needed. They cut corners and take their time if you do need a repair. I was going to have to wait up to 10 days after the signing of the contract, if i was lucky.

Disrespectful and has no regard for the customer.

I am not happy at all with this company. The salesman said they would start work in two weeks and it was over two months - after rainy season had started. Every time I called to see when they would start I got a different excuse. They removed my gutters, said it was not their responsibility to replace them, and caused my screen porch to leak. The workers didn't speak English so when I had a question I had to call the office and wait for the foreman to call me back, and that sometimes took days. The finished metal roof looks all right except for the panels in the front that don't appear to be straight.

Called them for an estimate and they were on time, gave me a competitive estimate and when I hired them they did a great job. I will recomend this company
