General Info

In 1960 Harris & Schroeder Builders, Inc. was formed as a partnership between H. Roland Harris & Glenn Schroeder. Harris & Schroeder Builders, Inc. was incorporated on January 28, 1980. Glenn Schroeder retired in 1992 and H. Roland Harris retired in 1997. James M. Harris, a third generation builder has worked with his father most of his life and had been an equal partner since 1987 and a sole owner since 1998. James M. Harris has been a Qualifier and State Licensed Building Contractor for Harris & Schroeder Builders since 1980. For more that 50 years, Harris & Schroeder Builders, Inc. has helped owners navigate the issues and enjoy the process of building. We not only deliver superior construction quality, but we put our clients first with ideas to save money, time and hassle.
