GREAT COMPANY, OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES!

I found Ideal Services through the internet; what caught my eye is that they are a licensed contractor, member of the BBB, & they service 3 trades, Electrical, Plumbing, and AC.

I called Ideal; Samantha assisted me by scheduling an Electrician, Plumber, and AC tech to come out and make some repairs. I was astounded that they were very reasonable. I want to express that the 3 young gentlemen that came out;

Electrician-Percy, Joe-Plumber, and Angelo-AC were all very professional and knowledgable in their field.

I will continue to use Ideal Services.

Girls in office were polite & professional, sent a plumbing technician, Ozzy, to our home. Without a lot of fanfare he found the problem & repaired it. So nice just just have someone come out & get the job done!

I had a new bathroom and shower installed on my lower level. This was a pretty big job as it was not a remodel but a completely new bathroom installed. I'm impressed with the knowledge and advice I was given, but best of all, you should see my bathroom!! Awesome!

They were great. Did what they said they'd do from start to finish. No hidden costs, no fuss, no muss. That's what a service company should me. It was nice to be treated like, as a customer, they cared about my concerns. Our a/c is back to blowing nice cold air, thanks Ideal Services!

Erik was our tech and he was wonderful! The whole staff was very friendly, polite, and very professional. Erik found the problem and fixed it quickly.

We had a problem with our heating last weekend when it was so cold so we called our home warranty company who us assigned Ideal Services. Even though it was during the weekend in no time we were contacted by their office Ramon (the technician) was at our home within hours. Roman was courteous, profession & efficient because he completed the repairs and had us warm & cozy in no time. We will refer them to all our friends & family and use them for anything we can in the future because we also learned they service electrical and plumbing! Truly a one stop shop!

We learned of Ideal Services via our home warrant coverage plan last weekend when it was so cold and out heaters were not working on our home. We were contacted on a weekend by their office and had a technician at home our home within hours. The technician, Ramon, was courteous and professional. Our overall experience with Ideal Services was expedient & efficient. We will use them again now that we are also aware of the fact that their services is not limited to heating & cooling, but also includes electrical & plumbing. Truly a one stop shop.

Wonderful service. The plumber who came out was extremely kind and efficient. The work was completed in a timely matter and the service was also affordable.

Outstanding service and on time. They found out what was wrong with my plumbing and fixed it in no time at all. I will call on them again if I ever have any plumbing problems in the future.

This company is really good and efficient. I just got serviced today, just about an hour ago by Zach who worked on my plumbing problems in my bathroom. He was very courteous when it came to explaining to me what was wrong and what needs to be fixed. He fixed it very fast and made sure before he left that everything was working properly. I am very pleased with the service I recieved today.

I was so pleased with the service I received the other day from Ideal Services. Ivan was right on time. He also spent a few minutes making sure I knew what was going on and familiar with the various devices in my home. He also explained to me how to install a digital thermostat. I would recommend this company.

Called three companys to change out me waterheater they all wanted $900.00 or more. Ideal Services came out and gave me a free estimate and the total price was $790.00.

The Tech called me at work and i met him 15 mins later at my house. He found that my non-drying dryer had blown a fuse due to the lint trap being clogged. He replaced the fuse and cleaned the machine good and guess what, it works perfectly. He was fast (only took about 30Mins to fix) friendly, knowledgeable clean and courteous. We will be sure to use them again for our appliances.
