Ideal services was called by our home warranty company for some plumbing issues we've had for a long time. JP (Jerome) came out and met our needs fully. He's very personable and let us know what he was doing to fix the issues before and as he fixed them. He recommended places to call for our other services needed, which was very helpful. Had Ideal out again today, one of my bulbs literally blew up one night & burned the string right in half on my backyard lights...see my photos. I thought they'd be a goner, I had Ideal install them several years backs for my parents 50th wedding anniversary soirée & use them every chance I get! They're so beautiful I've had several neighbors actually stop by asking where I got them! They illuminate my yard with such a great ambient light & I just LOVE them! I always write reviews when I'm traveling & forget my local guys! Here's to you IDEAL Services! Thanks for everything!
