Fantastic Furniture

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Unless you like to shop at a place where they don't send your payments on time, force damaged sales floor products on you, sell the products you've purchased, and have you wait 6+ months for your product then don't come here. The first payment I made I did it 2 weeks in advanced through the store. A month later my statement came in saying I hadn't paid it and I was being charged a late fee, and my credit could possibly be affected. I was so angry considering I am BARLEY building credit. Second, I had ordered a table along with some other things. I had no where to put it so when I came back for it 5 months later they told me to take the beat up scratched dusty one that every customer sits on on the sales floor. I asked where mine was since it was supposed to be boxed up in the back and they said it was sold, AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT ! They were the ones who had suggested that I can leave it there until I needed it. If they were unable to hold it or had plans of selling it I should've been informed considering it's my money at stake.They tried talking me into taking the sample, without a box to get even more damaged in the back of the truck. I demanded a new one and they said it would come in the next weekend, then on Monday, then Tuesday, and now Thursday. Its been going on for about 3 weeks now. My point is I paid for something new and was being forced a used damaged product and if I refused to take it then I'm forced to wait. The best word to describe this place is incompetent. I suggest to look somewhere else because my experience with this store has been nothing but unpleasant, stressful, annoying, and flat out frustrating.
