Ideal Furniture

I just moved to hanford from Texas loved all the furniture they had available to see at the store I purchased a sofa and love seat and a dinning table I'm very happy with my furniture .

Me and my wife walked in to the ideal furniture in hanford because we needed a bedroom set .We found a really good price and we had really good customer service . We will be returning for many more things in the future.

I got the best help. Lupe helped me find the right sofa set for my budget really nice quality. I will come back and refer all my friends and family.

The service is the best, very helpful and friendly people. Got a mattress here and I got a good quality for the price I paid.

Customer service was not the best. The person that helped us "Lupe" was trying to sell us something we didn't want. We ended up buying something and said we would have our furniture piece a week later for pickup. Never got a call. We waited another week and decided to call. No answer for two days. As of now, almost a month later still haven't received out love seat. He lied about the delivery day and they never answer their phone. This was my first and last time I buy anything from this place. Liars, bad customer service, and bad delivery service.

Don't buy from them...they take forever to answer their phone. They promise to deliver your furniture a certain day and make up excuses to get it delivered the following week, then when the time comes they still don't deliver!! We said we needed our dinning table asap and they keep saying they can't deliver yet!!

The delivery time was ridiculous. My son and his 8 month pregnant wife waited for almost a month to get their bed.I am in Florida called and complained and they finally gave us information for delivery. A week later. I set up a time they changed it. Then showed up a hour and a half late. If you want your merchandise you paid for at a reasonable time do not buy from this store. They should learn a little thing called customer service.

I was passing by and noticed all the balloons out side. I decided to stop by thinking they would have low prices. I actually found a living room set for a great price. As I was getting ready to finance I notice a couple of customer came in to complain about there delivery not being done. So I got a little scared. I then heard that it actually had nothing to do with Ideal furniture apparently it was customer that wore complaining about Yosemite furniture. screaming at the employees for a sale they wore not even responsible for. Ideal Furniture delivered my furniture in the time frame that they gave me and correctly. The sales person was very nice and the office secretary helped me start my credit without any hassle. Hope this information helps.
